Responsible for driving the businesses sales strategy and service proposition, and ultimately accountable for managing and delivering company sales targets. I am focussed on the development of four key teams - account management, new business, marketing and pitch teams. Responsible for establishing the businesses pitch capability, utilising strong written, commercial and analytical skills. Established all processes within the sales function, delivering monthly sales updates feeding into forecasting, planning, invoicing and managing customer satisfaction.
With over 15 years of business development experience across public and private sectors with particular experience in new business acquisition, marketing and account development. I have a hybrid background covering technology, creative thinking, strategy and digital marketing.
I help businesses and brands innovate. I have worked with many global house-hold names and brands of all shapes and sizes.
Having proven my self as a new business developer in my early career, I now sit on the board of one of the best Creative digital agencies in the UK. However I would say that. Our strength lies in the people that work here and for that I am very proud to have played a part in growing the agency to what it is today.
I have been lucky to have worked with some great brands including Disney, Fullers, Visit Wales, BBC , Microsoft, Donmar Warehouse, Arts Council, Storm Models, Sony, Honeywell, British & Irish Lions, NHS and the Government to name but a few.
As for me, I am a consultative digital strategist who loves to win business and form new relationships. I have the desire, drive and gravitas of a natural business developer who eats, sleeps and breathes all things digital.
I like to laugh, don't take myself too seriously and I am hurtling towards middle age faster than my comfy cords can take me. A trained actor reduced to the status of a Salesman.
